Good morning Team,

Just a friendly reminder about the County’s upcoming transition to Workday, our new cloud-based system for Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Budgeting.

Workday will replace several of our current systems. This upgrade will help improve how employee and financial information is managed across the County and Clerk’s Office.

A few important things to keep in mind:

No action is needed from you at this time.
Your pay, benefits, and policies are not changing. This is simply a system upgrade.
Training, communication, and support will be provided well ahead of the go live date.
There will be opportunities throughout the process to ask questions and participate in training during planning, testing, and rollout.

Over the next several months, we’ll continue sharing updates, training schedules, and resources to help keep everyone informed and prepared.

We know transitions like this take time, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we work through the process together.
